What if I go to an area without coverage?

BOSS Wireless does offer domestic roaming. However, if your roaming is excessive we will contact you and reserve the right to remove your roaming capability.

Does BOSS Wireless work outside of the United States?

BOSS Wireless does not offer international roaming services. We do provide wireless services in the continental US & Puerto Rico. However, if you are traveling and have access to a WiFi network, enable WiFi calling on your device, then you will be able to make & receive phone calls if you are connected to a WiFi network. Please note, in order to enable WiFi services on your device, you must have a registered address on your account at www.bosswireless.com.

What if I run out of Data?

At any time, if you run out of high-speed data during a monthly billing cycle Data Top ups are available for sale in your account online or at a BOSS Revolution retailer.
